Chairs Included with the Venue Rental

The following folding banquet chairs are included in your venue rental, and

available for use within the entire venue.

  • Q: Is an ABC license required? 

  • A: ABC licenses are required for public events, or private ticketed events. Private events like weddings do not require an ABC license. 

  • Q: What is the refund policy? 

  • A: The deposit for the venue rental is not refundable. Anything beyond the deposit is refundable if the event is canceled with a 60 day notice. If unforsence circumstance occur that result in the rescheduling of an event, all monies paid toward that event are completely transferable to a later available date.

  • Q: Is parking included? 

  • A: Yes. Review the Following Available Parking Options:

    • Small parking lot: Directly behind the main building, accessible from the main driveway, or the rear of the parking lot from Stonewall Avenue. Accommodates: 13 cars.

    • Gravel parking lot: On the rear of the property. Accommodates: 80 cars.

    • Overflow field parking lot: Accommodates 100 cars.

    • Street Parking: Directly in the front of the building.

  • Q: Are outdoor ceremony chairs included 

  • A: All chairs included in the venue rental are for indoor use only. Outdoor chairs can be rented through your full service caterer, or rental company.

  • Q: What is required to book an event

  • A:  We required a signed rental agreement, 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. The remaining balance for your event is due 30 days prior. We also require a certificate of liability insurance for the day of the event. This can be done by taking out a one day policy with your current insurance provider, add MCC as additional insurance to your insurance policy or take out a one day policy HERE.
